Processing & Shipping Information

• Once an order is placed we cannot modify or change an order.
• All orders are processed between 1-2 business days prior to being shipped.
• Orders placed after 12pm EST process the next business day. 
• Express Orders take 1-3 business days (depending on state) to arrive. 
• Economy orders in the U.S. typically arrive within 3-5 business days.
• Standard/ Free shipping orders typically arrive within 5-8 business days.

International orders typically arrive within 5-10 business days.

Be advised we are not held responsible for lost of stolen packages. Any claims for lost/stolen packages can be made with the shipping carrier.

The customer assumes all responsibility once a tracking has been issued. If an unclaimed package has been returned back to us, for any reason (address incorrect/ insufficient, attempted/failed delivery, rejected package, etc) there is a charge to mail the package back to you. 

*If a customer receives a package with tape on it, this package was most likely tampered with as we do not put tape on our packages during shipment.

We are not responsible for any packages being held in customs, duty fees, lost or stolen packages.

All duty or customs fees are buyer responsibility.
